2009 European Curling Championships

The 2009 Le Gruyère European Curling Championships will be held in Aberdeen, Scotland from December 4-12, 2009. The A-Group tournament will take place at the Linx Ice Arena, and the B-Group will play at Curl Aberdeen.

The following ten countries will compete in the Men's A-Group (listed in order of placement from 2008):

* Czech Republic
* France
* Sweden
* Finland (Promoted from B-Group)
* Italy (Promoted from B-Group)


The following ten countries will compete in the Women's A-Group (listed in order of placement from 2008):

* Italy
* Scotland
* Russia
* England
* Norway (Promoted from B-Group)
* Finland (Promoted from B-Group)
